Features

1.Crushing principle

The patented design of feeding material flow keeps the "Rock on Rock" and "Rock on Anvil" chamber meet various requirement of sand making, quarry shaping and powder making, etc., with less operation cost, less wearing cost and higher capacity.

2.Patented center feeding design

The size of feeding mouth is adjustable to keep choke feeding, so that there comes less air, less dust, and the material would not hit the rotor directly. The feeding is always at the center of rotor to avoid abnormal vibration caused by uneven feeding, the crusher operates more smoothly. Reasonable overflow feeding can easily obtain the required end products to increase the capacity.

3.Patented triple cycling of internal air flow design

It makes upward & downward dust flow into internal cycling and prevents dust flow out of the crushing chamber, efficiently control the dust flow during the operation.

4.Deep chamber triple channel rotor

Perfect balance, high through put, less wearing, better versatility, easier replacement.

5.Crusher chamber

The "Rock on Rock" and "Rock on Anvil" crushing chamber is interchangeable, which fits more applications. Central door-open structure is easier for observation of the operation inside the crushing chamber and wearing parts.

6.Oil lubrication & Soft starter

Full lubrication, mandatory heat release, filter, featuring protection of oil leakage, oil less and overheat, which links with the start control without daily maintenance.
